I had an amazing experience here at Morelia’s good food, great drinks, I do every time I go until I woke up last Saturday morning with 2 different charges in my account the next day. Not only was I charged for my meal ($45), but I was charged an extra $75 in my account from this establishment. So I decided to reach out to them and get this fixed as soon as possible because idk about you, but $75 is a lot to be missing from my bank account. I emailed them, they responded back as if I were bugging them, VERY unapologetic, and not quick at all to refund my money for this mistake on their part. When the manager finally decided to call me back with information on why an extra $75 charge was taken out my bank account, they let me know that one of their managers let a stranger add their meal on my card, and SIGN MY NAME FOR IT. I had to dispute this charge with my bank in order for me to get my money back. The only resolution I was given by this restaurant was to get in contact with who used my card and retrieve the money from them, or press charges. YES, the person responsible for using my card needs to be charged, no doubt about it, BUT what restaurant let’s a stranger add their meal on someone elses credit card and then lets them sign off on it, WITHOUT THE CARD HOLDER being present and WITHOUT CONSENT!? What kind of show are y’all running???! NEVER AGAIN will I be back. I’m sad about it because I loved this place, but the unprofessional manner I experienced, and the way this was handled was BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL.
