Came from out of town for third time, and Pho Viet is a must stop for me! The Spicy Huet Style Noodle Soup is a must. Get regular size, enough for one big guy(me!) You can make it as spicy as you want, but it already comes,spicy ebough. Cleared my sinuses and I slept like a baby later on. But everything is awesome here. The Rice Combination Clay Pot is a good start. Don’t be afraid to ask the servers, they know what is good for you. The prices are very reasonable, the Chicken and Basil is a safe bet if you have never eaten here. Can’t tell you about the desserts because I’ve never had space to try them. Hope that they stay the way they are, but unfortunately they will become famous due to people like me.
