Terrible service, never even got to try the food. Honestly waited seated over twenty minutes with just our drink orders. People that were already seated and had drinks when we walked in had not received there orders. I mean really how long does it take to cook a burger and fries. We left.
Food was good, service not so much. We made the mistake is sitting by the hostess station & she see every menu she cleaned down. Not sure what happened in ine if the booths but had to listen to how disgusting it was. Not what we wanted to hear while we were eating.
Drive in short changed me. Manager was no help. Better count your change and the fries were cold. Why eat here when there are so many other choices
Whats that smell ……. I remember Steak ‘n Shake from when I was a kid, it was great. When I saw this one I decided to take my kids there for some memories! We were seated near the back and there was a smell. This was no ordinary nasty smell, this was HORRIFIC. I couldnt even think about food, we walked out.This could of been a one time thing but I will never go back to find out.
Good food BAD SERVICE. The food was good or looked like it was before it sat 30 min.’s before getting to our table..Thought maybe this was a bad day and tried it again..same poor service , thumbs DOWN
