Tequila Bar & Grill (Round Rock) – Five of us went last Friday night, SUPER busy, but totally worth the wait. The frozen mango margarita ($11) is positively divine with plenty of tequila, SO worth it! Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered El Muneco, and wow. Some of the best enchiladas I have ever eaten. If they keep this up, we’ll be there at least weekly! Delish.

I don’t think by any means the pricing is accurate with $75 for 2 people. $35-$40 is more like it. Service not great and they put potatoes and crappy old frozen veggies in their meat and rice.
Skip it. Tried this place because it’s close to home. Service was great, but the food is less than desirable. I ordered nachos that were upwards of $10 and they literally gave me 10 nachos and they weren’t that great either. My husband didn’t love his food either. Not very flavorful and not authentic Mexican for sure.
Tequila Bar & Grill 3/15/2015. My husband and I tried the breakfast food. I must say for the price the food was DELICIOUS. I ordered the omlette platter with potatoes and my husband had steak and eggs with rice. It was all seasoned well, very flavorful. We also ordered mimosa’s (1.99 each on Sunday morning) which tasted jusy as good as getting a mimosa at a popular bar in Austin. Food and service was great and plan on going tonight for my birthday dinner.
Pleasant Surprise. I work at the school in the neighborhood and avoided going to the restaurant because the previous business had HORRIBLE food. However, the new owners definitely know what they are doing. The taco salad was amazing, I especially enjoyed the tortilla soup, and the breakfast tacos were equally delicious. I have yet to try something from there that does not taste good.
The Grilled Fajitas. and Also the Taco Salad. Delicious seasoned beef or chicken fajitas that come w/corn or flour tortillas, plus all the fixings. The taco salad can be ground beef, or chicken, or beef fajita meat. Very flavorful.
