NEVER AGAIN! I frequently visited this spot for many years. It has spiraled down hill. Customer service is ridiculously terrible. (it has never been good but the food WAS worth it) The quality of the food now used is probably the lowest grade / cheapest they could find. The Puffy tacos are the best thing on the menu. Even those are hit or miss…. Most likely a miss. Last time they didn’t put my whole order in a to go order & then did not want to refund me my money. Oh & get ready to be glared at by every person who works there if you have an issue. The food has finally dropped to meet their terrible customer service.
Stopped here for a late lunch yesterday. Ordered the Mexican Plate #2 – a chicken enchilada, puffy beef taco & a beef tostada topped with lettuce, tomato & guacamole, rice & beans. All of it was really, really good & flavorful! It took awhile to get it because they make it fresh when you order it. That’s ok, though, because we had fresh, homemade crispy chips @ salsa to tide us over.
