I’ve been to this place numerous times, but it’s time I finally never go back. the reason I kept going is because honestly the hibachi is good. slightly overpriced, but good none the less. why I’m now never going back is because the service is awful. ever since I originally went it had been, and now many months later it still consistently is. sometimes I would call for a take-out and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. I’ve had a different waiter just about every time and I was never once impressed. the management is the worst part. I still am not even sure who the managers are, probably because no one ever seems to know what’s going on. I’ve sat in a dirty booth before and I’m scared to think how dirty the rest of the place is. I can’t be the only one who thinks so, because most of the time I go the place is empty. sorry Tokyo steakhouse, but I give up.

We had a table of 4 and an 18% gratuity was added to our checks. Is that maybe not a bit excessive? This used to be a favorite, a nice treat for out of town guests, but I can get sushi with more flavor at HEB. Sad to see this happen.
