Good food as usual and no issue with service today. Torchy’s seems to be consistent no matter what location we visit regardless of where our travels take us.
The food is great BUT the service is poor. I love the food, but each time we go in the service continues to decline. I have to really be craving it to make the drive there now just because I don’t have the patience for the service. :/ Food is good though.
Food is always good but this location is a mess. Even when it’s not slammed the staff is not fast or normally friendly. The to go service is non existence, and it normally takes over twenty minutes to get to go tacos. Disappointing. I try to avoid this location at all cost.

Tacos were good, but not great. Queso was good.
Underwhelmed. I use to love Torchy’s however I was extremely disappointed with our last vist. When we got there I saw it was busy which was expected but we did find a table and asked a lady who worked there if she could clean it for us and she walked off and never came back so we found a table out side. When it was time to get our drinks there was no ice so we asked an employee if they could refill the ice machine and after 25 minutes it was finally filled. After what seemed like a long wait our food got there and my taco’s were RAW! So we finally found someone to have them remade, by the time my food came out everyone at the table was done with their food and they tasted horrible. They were so bad I took one bite and threw them away. I am so disappointed in the way we were treated and how the quality of the food went down as well as the employee kindness!
Glad they came to Round Rock. I’m glad they decided to come up to Round Rock, I get my Torchy’s cravings every so often. I tried the Democrat and the Brushfire on my first visit to this location. The Democrat was just OK but the Brushfire was incredible. I’ll probably be ordering that from now on.
