Whole cockroach in my lasagne. Nuff said. Will not be returning to this restaurant. This is sad as I ate there at least twice a week. Management is very courteous.
False Advertisement. The pasta is not homemade as promised and the food was rather blend and greasy. Will not be back.
Veal Carciofi, and Joe’s Special Pizza Xxl. The veal carciofi is wonderful and comes with artichoke hearts and a creamy sauce with a side of spaghetti. My husband and I get the XXL Joe’s Spacial pizza when we want a good pizza. It is large enough to feed several people.
Good Experience. Was driving thru San Angelo and decided to eat at Joe’s for lunch. I had the Pasta Sampler (Cannelloni, lasagna, and manicotti) and my son a pepperoni pizza. Both were very good. Casual dining experience with reasonable prices and good waitstaff. I will be back the next time I’m passing thru San Angelo.
Stromboli was good. Grabbed the Stromboli to go and I thought it was pretty dang good. Fresh dough and good filling. The marinara was a bit thin but very flavorful!
Great food. Terrible atmosphere. Get it to go.
WON’T B BACK!. This place is ok for subs, antipasta salad & their garlic rolls, but avoid their pasta dishes like the plague. Went their last Wed. for my birthday and ordered the shrimp diablo…shrimp was overcooked & rubbery and the pasta and sauce tasted like Spaghettios w/ a ton of red pepper. It was so bad I had to send it back and ask that it be taken off the bill. Someone else in the group had chicken fettucine alfredo and the sauce tasted like the kind of gravy that is served over biscuits. Service was not good either, we had to ask for everything. VERY disappointing experience. You could make more auhentic Italian food at home w/ any store bought pasta sauce.
