In my experience the Food and service have always been great! Often Very busy place with limited parking and good prices. Their green sauce is Extra HOT, but delicious.

I’m relatively new to town so I can’t verify if their posted claims of being the best Mexican food in town are true or not but it certainly seemed so from my first experience dining there. The food was great and the service was fast. I was in and out (and stuffed) in less than 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning.

Hard to beat this spot for TexMex!. Ate here on New Year’s evening. Only place that was open, but what a find! Located at the original Fuentes, which I think was the first Mexican restaurant in San Angelo. My grandfather and great uncle ate there regularly. And my 85 year old uncle, who was with us, remembers this location as a child. Very nostalgic experience for him. Traditional TexMex. We had a party of 5 and tried most everything on the menu. All excellent and inexpensive. Our waitress was very nice and efficient. They allow you to BYOB, which was a plus. I see no reason to try any other place.

Food is high quality! Don’t let the modest atmosphere fool you. The breakfast burrito and hash browns I ordered were delicious, and the coffee was very flavorful. The prices are very fair as well. I will return soon to try lunch/dinner.
