Outback Steakhouse in San Angelo has just lost me and my family as customers thanks to the attitude of the arrogant owner. We have had pleasant conversations in the past with the manager who told us that any time we arrived and felt as though the music needed to be turned down, they were happy to do so. Luke, you need to take lessons from your courteous and professional manager. He can teach you a lot about how to approach customers. You sir, however made it clear that you were the owner and your opinion is all that matters. Like my husband says, you just can’t argue with stupid. Good bye, so long. Won’t be back, ever.

Very good service and my medium rare steak was cooked perfectly unlike a lot of places I’ve been to. Appetizers were great. Would recommend and will go back.
