The pizza is good about 99% of the time, so if you’re looking for really really good pizza from a chain, this is the spot. Tonight we had a situation where my wife ordered off a promo that was sent via email. There was a mishap, it was brought to the attention of management, and they were very good about setting things right. This restaurant actually knows how to fix a mistake, even if it wasn’t their fault but rather that of their parent company’s website. It should also be noted that papajohns.com usually works well, but it’s not as sleek as what dominos is sporting.

Better Ingredients, better pizza, Papa John’s!. That always gets stuck in my head from the commercials lol! I think the Papa John’s here is the best pizza in San Angelo. We always choose delivery and it’s always on time and the pizza is always hot. Plus i like that when you order online you get reward points. Overall i love this place and we order from here all the time!
Still one of the best here. I realize that everyone has something specific that they are looking for in a pizza. Papa John’s comes closer than any other chain that I have tried in that respect.The flavor profile of the sauce is great IMO. I also consider the crust to be very good. The delivery service leaves much to be desired but they are working in it. Far superior to any other pizza delivery service in town as far as I am concerned.
