It’s not awful but closer to Taco Bell than authentic Mexican food. I’d argue that for some dishes Taco Bell is better. The condiment bar helps improve the quality of the food for sure, and it’s definitely fast.

Great fast food Mexican . Tortillas are made on site no pre packaged. Great salsa bar. Honey is available. Great guacamole and fresh. Family fajita meal is enough for 4 people.

San Angelo location on Sherwood way drive thru doesn’t listen very well. Every time I go through the drive thru, my order is never correct.

High Quality Food, Cheap Prices. Probably the best Mexican food in San Angelo. Their tortillas are handmade and their salsa bar is very generous and thorough in terms of selection. Most places charge for salsa.Great atmosphere, but can be a little hectic due to its popularity.

It is what it is. Rosa’s bridges a gap between fast food and casual dining. You can dine in, take out or use the convenient drive through window. The food is a bit of a mixed basket. The beef and chicken fajitas, which are a signature item, are quite good if slightly overpriced. The burritos and tacos are also pretty good. The enchilada’s suffer from a lack of what I consider to be a good sauce, which makes or breaks this item.I personally love the guacamole chalupa and their hot sauce is one of the better ones in town.Overall a good place to grab some quick Mexican food but be prepared to shell out a bit more than average for it.
