Despite nearly half of the tables in the restaurant being empty, our table had to wait over an hour for two portobello burgers and a potato. The food was pretty good but not great. Far too few vegetarian options. The server was nice and apologetic, however.
Bad Experience. It was a night full of apologies. They seemed to be out of every beer we ordered and it took forever to get the warm beer they did have on hand. Waitress took our order and it took almost an hour to get our food and then almost another hour to get our bill. While the food was decent, it definitely wasnt worth the time or the trouble.
Concho pearl icehouse. Service ok . Loud rap music not ok. Food on a steady decline. Sorry, off the list until it gets better .
Outstanding. Lunch 9/5 was great. Wonderful, knowledgeable server. Out of town guest with me was blown away by the great food and good service. I have eaten here 5 times and never disappointed. Keep up the good work!
Best BBQ I have had in Texas. The service is friendly and the food was out standing! First authentic Texas BBQ I have had. They have a their own smoke house outback and get all their ingredients locally. Homemade potatoe salad was delicious. Portions are large and prices are fair. Very large selection of beer and a tasty home made alcoholic sweet tea. I was extremely happy we went there and I will be searching for better BBQ in Texas, though I highly doubt I will find it. What a great town to visit. We sat inside since I am not used to the Texas heat, but out back is setup like a backyard BBQ with picnic tables and they had a live country band.
First night in Texas. I wanted BBQ so our son took us here. Brisket plate was outstanding. Besides great brisket, i have to mention Borracho beans. I hate when BBQ beans taste like baked beans with a bottle of BBQ sauce added. Not these beans. Smokey from some added brisket, hot from jalepeno slices and rich from stewed tomatoes. My hat is tipped to the cook (s). Thanks for a great meal. PS. Great selection of craft beers only rounds out the experience.
Our waitress needs to find a personality but great food!
