We tried The Grill for date night. Good ambience, good music playing. The place seemed pretty busy, but we got seated pretty quickly. I had the Zuni Chicken Salad. I have to say, it was really delicious. He had the pork tacos. His only complaint was how small the tortillas were. He ended up using up all the tortillas long before he finished the pork and dressings. I just wish they had chicken tacos. The only problem I had was how long it took to get my drink.
This is my favorite restaurant in all of San Angelo. Love the food especially the Texas Burger. The atmosphere in side is amazing as well. If you in San Angelo and looking for a good meal this in near the top of the list.
The food is better than average. I just don’t feel the service is very friendly, unless they know you. Every time I have been there the floor has been sticky. Not the cleanliness I am looking for and expect especially with the pricy menu.
Best filet in town was amazing as well as the mashed potatoes and seafood ceviche! Steak was cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere. Great date night location!
Great atmosphere and food. It’s a nice change of pace from most of San Angelo’s restaurants. Can’t afford to go there all the time but a great place for a date night dinner.
Food was perfect; service was slow. I don’t mind a wait for a table, but once seated, I’d like waitstaff to ask if I want more to drink occasionally. I ended up not getting a second drink because by the time I saw my waitress again I’d finished my food. However, the food was amazing. The enchiladas had a unique sauce with a little more kick. And the steak paired with the enchilada was seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Had the ribs fall off the bone but no flavor
