Not gluten friendly!. I’ve never been to a restaurant that puts flour in their beans!!! It’s a Mexican food restaurant. You don’t need flour in the beans. If I wanted soup or salad if go elsewhere. The server didn’t even know if they offered gluten free items and was very loud every time I asked a question.
We love Henry’s. We used to live in San Angelo and Henry’s was one of our favorite places to eat. It is always a question as to whether to have the chicken fried steak or Mexican food. I love the Sour Cream Chicken enchiladas, but they are always willing to give me the beef enchiladas with the sour cream sauce. It is the best! My husband loves the chile relleno. We drive 2 there from San Antonio sometimes just to eat at Henry’s. The food is great, the service is always extraordinary, and the prices can’t be beat. I read that someone complained about the guacamole that it was like processed. Obviously he was at the wrong Henry’s because they make fresh guacamole at the table in front of you. It is awesome! Please don’t go away Henry or Little Henry! We love your food!

Decent food. Atmosphere similar to a chain restaurant. The odd thing was that they didn’t have hot sauce. What kind of Mexican restaurant doesn’t have hot sauce?
Great Visit. We had a great Sunday lunch @ Henry’s. Food and Service were on the mark. Ray was our waiter. Henry’s entire staff was on point the day we visited. Very welcoming. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Delicious!. I found the food to be great during my stop in. I got the shrimp fajitas (a la mexicana…HOT!) and they were really good. I usually eat smaller portions and the other half was even good re-heated the next day. The table-side fresh guacamole was stupendous and was only outmatched by the excellent service. I was really flabbergasted at the great prices and service. I’d recommend it, and I this will definitely be one of my new regular joints to eat at.
