On 5/22/2022 at 6:44pm I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill at 3928 Broadway San Antonio, TX 78209. I ordered a veggie bowl with no avocado, brown rice, and a small soda. The number for this order is #340.Upon tendering cash to the employee who rang up my order, the employee grabbed the money from my hand, made change, and forcibly put the change in my hand, leaving wadded bills in my hand and spilling change on the counter and floor. This employee, who rang up my order at Chipotle Mexican Grill 3928 Broadway San Antonio, TX did not have a visible name tag. I have attempted to resolve this issue with Chipotle Mexican Grill by emailing Chipotle Mexican Grill Customer Support. The reference number for this issue is 14418163. The reply from Chipotle Mexican Grill shows a clear lack of attention to this matter. I was informed by Chipotle Mexican Grill Customer Care Coordinator Jeaniviebe that my email address does not match the email on my order, and that I need to provide the email associated with the order. I ordered in person, at Chipotle Mexican Grill 3928 Broadway San Antonio, TX on 5/22/2022 at 6:44pm. My issue was with a cash transaction, which cannot be made when ordering online.Upon providing my order items and order number to Chipotle Mexican Grill Customer Care, I received no reply. The one reply I have received shows that Jeaniviebe either did not read the content of my complaint, or does not understand the process by which customers order and pay for their orders.I found my treatment at Chipotle Mexican Grill 3928 Broadway San Antonio, TX to be most unprofessional, and my treatment by Chipotle Mexican Grill Customer Care to be more unprofessional. An employee of Chipotle Mexican Grill touched me, with force, twice during a transaction on 5/22/2022 at Chipotle Mexican Grill 3928 Broadway San Antonio, TX.
