O'liva Restaurant is transforming the Plaza de Armas historic block by bringing it back to its fresh food roots of 140 years ago with fresh, local, farm-to-table cuisine and ingredients. Owner and chef, Chuck Hernandez, has partnered with the city and Salud de Paloma Olive Oil in order to offer delicious and healthy options downtown. They offer weekly specials, happy hour, brunch on Sundays, catering and space for private events. Additionally, O'liva offers a gourmet CSA of locally sourced produce and housemade goodies to locals and visitors alike.
