Food tasted fresh and authentic. Guacamole was delicious. Staff was friendly. prices were cheap. Would return.
Always a winner. I’ve been going to Taqueria Vallarta for several years now. Compared to Paloma Blanco, Mi Tierra, and many of the other popular Mexican restaurants in town, Vallarta provides amazingly good Mexican food. I love the Shrimp with Chicken and Beef fajitas served scolded hot in front of you with grilled onions tomatoes beans and rice. Even if you are hungry, you won’t finish it. It tastes so good. The enchiladas are definitely great as are the flautas. The rice and beans are consistently cooked great. The tea is not especially great nor is the salsa mind blowing. However, their dishes are consistent, tasty, and at a great value.
