I’M Not Sure Who’s Menu This is, But It Isn’t Tommy’s. They serve Tex-Mex, not Pizza.
The app has completely described this place incorrectly. It’s your run of the mill Mexican joint. No pizza or veggie anything here. Simple, inexpensive Mexican food.
Love this food. I brought my parents for some Tommy’s and it was grand.I had some huevos rancheros and they were perfect. I asked for over easy and they were. The refried beans were light and flavorful with a hint of smoke. The salsa was fresh and very tasty with just the right amount of heat. The potatoes were soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. I suspect they fry them in bacon fat. Yummy.My Dad had some carne guisada and he gave me a taste. I have a memory template of the carne guisada my grandma used to feed me. It was so very close to that template. Just the right amount of cumin, the right consistency and an amazing softness of the beef tips. Yum!
FISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Fried fish! Best I know of. Nice servers too.
The food is really good. The food I get is bean n’ cheese and chorizo n’ egg tacos. The servers are really nice.

Not impressed. We went on a Tue lunch, our 1st visit here. Got a table right away but not a server. She finally came by w/attitude. Got us our tea in to-go foam cups even though we were dining in. I ordered the lunch special for the day-beef short ribs w/rice & beans & my friend ordered the chz enchis w/beef fajita. The short ribs were very tender & delicious but the rice tasted of too much chicken base & the beans were just ok. The chili gravy on the enchis was too gritty tasting & the fajitas were just tough. Note to working lunch people they have not upgraded their cash register so they have a ridiculous long line of people waiting to chck out. Its annoying not only for the working people getting back on time but also we were surrounded by standing people looking over us while we ate. Then we chckd out they wanted to chrg us extra for the to-go cups, We stated we ddnt ask for them, its what the server brought to us. So the owner took that off but it makes me wonder how often the server does this to other clients that don’t chck the tab. We probably won’t be going back.
