Not that I want to be negative, but there was nothing outstanding about my meal at El Bosque. Not that I had a bad meal, it was just on par with your average Tex Mex spot anywhere in the area. The measuring stick is mixed fajitas and queso. My chili con queso was very tame and mostly yellow cheese with minimal peppers or spice. Beef fajitas were tasty. And even though the chicken looked like it was going to be phenomenal, it was the most flavorless item of the meal. Beans were average, and rice was mushy. Tortillas and salsa were both fantastic.
