Nine times out of ten, you’ll have a pleasant experience at any Chick-fil-A you visit. But I think that the Sherman location is the nicest one I’ve ever been to… and I’ve frequented quite a few of them in my life. My lunch group and I go here at least once a week. We’re always greeted promptly when walking through the door and have ordered, paid, grabbed condiments and found a seat within 3-4 minutes. It’s fairly busy during school vacations and Saturday afternoons, but you can always find a place to sit… even if it’s not your favorite booth. The managers are always super friendly and seem genuine when they thank you for your business. Other restaurants should learn how to run their businesses from whoever runs this chick fil a.
