Yeasterday afternoon my two children, husband and my self went to ci cis for dinner. There wasent any freash pizza on the line. One of the management staff was talking very loud to his friends for quite a while. A female management member just stood watching them , she made a remark, This is why you dont get many hours , she told this to the male management person. There was no ice in the ice machine , the female management person told the bus boy whom was tring to clean up the restaurant to go get more ice while her and the other management staff jipust stood around doing nothing. Needless to say this was a very horrible experience for not only us but other family who was also at the restaurant. Every table was dirty, the trash was running over. I felt sorry for the young man tring to do his job while everyone els was doing nothing.
Honestly u can’t mess up all you can eat pizza so they have a pretty easy time in keeping bussiness. But other then that the staff that I’ve dealt with have been very nice and responsive. The arcade area could probably be a little more upkept and updated but all in all ill end up eating here about 4 times a month. Good eats!
Great service!!!. I recently went to cici’s in sherman tx and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful! the girls up front were great and the pizza was delicious! i would reccomend this cici’s to aanyone!!!
