Something’s in the water at Jimmy John’s. As of recent, the parking lot is completely full at lunch & dinner and the line seems to snake out the front door. After opening in 2011, though, the amount of business this small location received was sparse. Almost to the point of people wondering if they were staying open.Today marked my third try at their ‘gourmet’ sandwiches. While the ingredients are fresh and the time it takes for the sandwiches to be put together really is ‘freaky fast’, the bread leaves a lot to be desired. It was tasteless and a bit chewy. The Jimmy Chips, though? Yum.Overall, it filled me up, but I probably won’t be heading back any time soon. mybakingheart.com
