I think the service and food quality is great. Price is very reasonable too. The Beijing Beef and orange Chicken are my favorites. Black pepper chicken is also very good and low fat. I’ve also gotten the family meal to take out too.
The food is over prices and always cold, and it doesn’t matter what time you go unless the store just opened.
I used to love Panda express But they have gotten worse and worse about serving more fat and skin in their chicken dishes over the years. The past few times I have had the mandarin chicken there is 80-90% fat and skin served to me as chicken. So much so, that it is pointless to try to trim it off. Sorry to say, today is the last day I will eat here.
Always good food! Real hit and miss on service. Usually busy so if ur in a hurry best to go else where could take some time.

Bad Management. The last time I went there, I went through the Drive-Thru. I sat at the window waiting for my food and then someone came and set it by the window. The person attending the window was busy talking with what appeared to be the manager. They were discussing his phone and looking through photos. I had to interrupt them and ask them to hand me my food. The window was open during the entire ordeal so I was able to hear them and I know it was just a personal conversation. Very poorly ran, but they have some okay food.
