We had to ask for our waiter, Chase P. after sitting at our table for over 5 minutes. However, he redeemed himself! Appetizer’s (shrimp & lobster cocktail/yummy & lobster & crab mushroom/okay/in need of salt & pepper) and salads came right out. It took over 30 minutes for our food to come out. Thankfully, it was worth the wait. We had Dual Lobster Tails, Lobster Lover’s Dream & Chicken strips with broccoli & fries. Clean restaurant! Looks new. #LobsterFest

We won’t go back. We generally haven’t had a problem this bad at Red Lobster BUT this time it was horrible. My fish was torn up…I almost wondered if it was leftover from someone else, I also had shrimp and it was greasy so I left my food basically untouched except for the cold broccoli. My wife was not happy with her food either. We told the server who didn’t seem to care. I sent an email to Red Lobster and never heard back from them, VERY disappointed that they care so little about their customers. SO, we decided from now on we’ll drive to McKinney and eat at a different seafood restaurant that offers much better food and service.
Horrible seating. A party of 6 and a 1.5 hour wait while parties of 4 or less are seated in under 5 minutes….bad planning or a poor layout, I am not sure but would be nice to know ahead if time instead of being told 20 min! Once you have wasted 45 minutes your kind of stuck. I now remember why I have not come back here in over a year.
We went for our anniversary I think the food is great but very overpriced
