The service is beyond terrible! 45 min to be seated. 15 minutes till we saw a server. Brought wrong appetizer. Slow on drink refills. Food was served cold. Then had the audacity to add 15% grat. Refused to pay grat & spoke to manager who LIED and said he could not remove. He made himself look like a jerk. I live in Clear Lake so it’s a drive to Stafford. Will not return.
Great!. Fantastic cajun food, cheaper than Pappadeux and just as good. The gator tail is the best in town!
I like the food, but detest the service. It shouldn’t matter what color the person us that I am with, nor is it more important to try and pick up customers rather than serve someone sitting and waiting for service. Date on your own time, and leave the social judgement at home before your shift.
More Locations!. They need more locations in the Houston area. It makes a great place for happy hours and appetizers. Try the Gator Bowl…It’s Yummy!!
