Pros: Their menu is slightly more interesting than your regular Chinese/ Japanese restaurant. Cons: Twice I tried to order online- because they have that option on their website. The first time, they said the order didn’t come through, but it was clear the guy didn’t check the online orders. Tonight the exact same thing happened, and the lady said she has to actually check her phone to see online orders, and she never checked it. When you’re picking up food for a hungry family and it’s not ready or even close to being ready, it’s inconvenient. Also, it’s a pretty ridiculous excuse- twice. If you’re not going to check online orders, please REMOVE this option from your site. I will not be ordering from here again. I tried twice. There are too many places around to deal with this.Should’ve gotten pho a few doors down.
