I don’t think I’ve ever paid for worse service in my life. I’m not sure if you should eat here while a football game is on or not that may have had something to do with the fact that it took us 15 minutes to get a waitress it sure wasn’t because the place was packed. I won’t be returning.
TERRIBLE margaritas, the food was even worse..please do not waste your money. Taco Bell makes better food than this place. Didn’t even have good atmosphere. The outside and cute area by the water is deceiving. Once you walk in its small and looks like every other taqueria #1-13 in town. Probably will get food poisoning later. So disappointed.
Absolutely horrible! Should have listened to the 2 reviews that said it. To the person who said the best margaritas around…you have obviously never had a good margarita before! We thought the margarita would at least make the food taste better but not at all. The plate I had the shrimp was like frozen shrimp from HEB with a can of stewed tomatoes. I guess people in Temple/Belton do not have good taste in food! Do NOT waste your money here!!!

Not good. I agree completely with HiveBoss below. It was quite bland. Chips and salsa are pretty important to my Mexican meal and this rendition was one of the worst I’ve tried. I ate about 3 chips.The chicken enchiladas were almost flavorless and the stuffed chicken breast Rellana was not terrible(the bacon tasted like bacon) but it was overcooked around the edges of the chicken. A pretty disappointing expierience considering the recommendations of friends.
We loved it! More Tex-mex than Mexican, but good eatin’ montheless!
This is the best Mexican food you will ever taste in your life. They are never super busy so the food comes out extremely fast. There are lots of nice discounts and the fajitas and chips and queso and salsa are AMAZING!!! Please go try it:)
