This is a family run restaurant that works hard to get it right. We have eaten here for years. The food is reliable and good. If you are a wine snob or expecting 5 star New York dining you will be disappointed. They do have a nice wine selection however. Relax and you will enjoy it. The Texas Cham is special.

Fantastic! The most authentic Italian you will get in central Texas! My husband is from New York and the reaction to the Marinara was amazing! It is made fresh , no can tomatoes!!! He worked in Italian restaurants in NY owned by Italian families and the fresh food reminds him of home! You should expect the best , the chef is from Mediterranean Europe! Truly a hidden gem in our region ! A must try for all!! You will waste your time at any of the other Italian restaurants try DIBZ!!!!

Really good food. Texas Cham was excellent & triple delight was good too. A little light on the shrimp & pasta in the triple but tasted fabulous. Can’t wait to try others in the future.

My family liked it!. I order the chicken florentine and was so happy with my choice! Both kids had kids plates, and were satisfied. We ordered the bread and oil with spices, great low cost starter. We finished with a dessert, mainly sweet whipped cream with fresh fruit. It was the best! We will be back. Love to support local business owners.

Abaout the same quality as a frozen dinner. Ravioli was no better than the frozen stuff from Costco, Ladagna was an overcooked mess, and the overloaded sauce had a strange tang taste. Oh, and this place puts garlic butter on dinner rolls and calls it garlic bread. Unless your tastes run to the mediocre, stay away.

I would say that the lady that gave dibz a bad review probably never went there before and probably wasn’t very clear with what she ordered dibz is a very family place everyone that goes there is very close with the owner.never have I seen such a bad informed review.

We decided to try somewhere new, after seeing the good reviews we went to dibz. The portions were small ( child’s ravioli had 2 raviolis ). We had a party of 5 and everyone’s food was subpar at best. I ordered the trio and wanted Alfredo on the ravioli. When they brought it out it was marinara, I sent it back and by the time they brought the new plate everyone else had already finished their meals. When it came out it was wrong once again. ( all of it was alfredo including the lasagna ) when I told them it was wrong I was informed by another worker that they can’t do separate sauces cause they cook the trio all together. When I didn’t eat the meal and sent it back for the second time they did not comp the meal and I had to pay $12 for a meal I didn’t eat. Overall the experience was a disaster.
