Hands down the BEST Kolache’s anywhere!! I’ve never had one even come close to comparing to the quality of their product. If you haven’t been here you’re truly missing out.
If the only exposure you’ve had to kolache is from Shipley, or other chains….you need to get to Kolache Kitchen as soon as humanly possible. Ordered a dozen to talk to work, and the box was so heavy! Quality ingredients. Biting into the dough is like eating a cloud. So soft and fluffy!
Outstanding kolaches. This place is the gold standard of the Czech delicacy. Dont make the mistake of ordering just one. The iced cinnamon roll could feed 2 people.
Deelish Food. From the Dressing, to the Chicken Spaghetti you can not go wrong at this place. They also have Bread Pudding, lasgana, an King Ranch casserol (mexican dish). All are call in’s and made frsh, but well worth it. And oh, if you are a Kolache fan, Shipley’s has NOTHING on these guys. Their Kolaches are 90% filling, unlike other places where you get mostly bread! Plus they serve fresh made fruit Kolaches (like a danish) in just about any fruit flavor. They aren’t a traditional restaurant. They only serve lunch on Wednesday’s. The menu changes weekly, but the 1st Wednesday of the month they make homemade Chicken and Dumpling. You do not want to miss that!
Holy Kolache, Batman!. Can I say – the sausage and sauerkraut kolaches are a stroke of genius. This is the standard. No one else comes close. Worth the effort and travel.
