What A Waste. I was very disappointed in the complete customer service experience and the food was mediocre from this restaurant. I came in from my home in Speegleville to go out to eat in Temple thinking it would be a nice experience. I have been treated this poorly in several years. From a waitress that cared nothing about her customer. I can understand when a place is busy that food may not come out as quickly as it normally should. But when other tables are seated and their food comes out and they are through with their meal before yours does something is wrong. But that could even be somewhat understood but my waitress did not even get our drinks to us in a reasonable time. When she finally did I had ordered a mix drink which when I was a waitress you are required by law at that time (I think it is still true) to bring out a glass of water as well. We then waited about another 45 minutes for our food. No refill on chips and salsa, no drink refill I even had to go up to the cashier to get her check on our food. As part of our order we had ordered the seafood nachos as an appetizer which I requested to be brought out first. When she finally did bring out the food (everything came out t once) she just laid it down and left. I had to ask her for a glass of water. We ate very little of our food not even half our plates and sat there and just talked for another 10 minutes. I had to ask for the check. She did not offer us to go containers again I had to request them. We then went up to the cashier to pay and the cashier said she would have to get the manager to handle the voucher. She called him over but he did not show and she finally got him their. I explained my frustration but instead of owning up to the problems and trying somehow to compensate he just said they were busy no empathy or anything. To top off the experience he just took the voucher and added the (automatic Gratuity). I have waited tables for a majority of my life either part-time or fulltime and I have no problem tipping at least 20% and if good service 25-30% but to be forced to tip 18% when service was lacking this much I really did not feel was right. To top this off I have tried commenting and conveying this experience to the management but have not even received any response not even an apology. My advice dont waste your money or time here.
The worst service I have ever gotten in my life was at this establishment. And I am serious. Don’t come here, I know I never will again. Plus the food blows.

THE LAST MEAL. On one visit the chili was very sour. Had to send it back. the last visit the refried beans were sour. I didn’t eat the meal but they were very generous and gave me a $2.00 discount. There seems to be something wrong in the kitchen. From the time we arrived, it was 45 minutes later that we received our meals. There were only three other tables occupied. The waitress provided very good service and was very appologetic. One order was wrong. We ordered the Special Mexican Dinner but was served the Las Casas Dinner. I will not return there even if bribed.
Good food…. Absolutly terrible service. Have gone twice had the same waitress both times. The staff was eating while on the clock in front of the entire staff, didnt wash their hands talked to each other ignoring the customers, oh and were on their cell phones chattimg it up cussing and all.. Sat there with no drink refills almost 20 mins for an appitizer and got to listen to the staff about their sex life…. Horrible experience.
Really almost 10 dollars for nachos and there is literally 10 chips on the plate that’s just a shame
