Poor quality-service. Was excited for a great burger….i was so let down in quality and service…. order a black-n-bleu combo $9.87.. as soon as i paid the cashier… the cook was handing my burger and fries to me… first thought was he just gave me a pre-cooked burger… burger was luke warm and dry as it had been sitting there…. my frys were all no longer than 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch….like the crumbs on the bottom of the bag… when i mentioned my dis-satisfaction to the manager, he laughed and stated ‘i should have told them that i was a mall employee to get a discount’……what a circus and idiot

Really wanted to like this place. Heard good things. Burger was hard and overcooked. Fries were marginal. $10 for a specialty burger fries and a coke. Wendys last week was superior. Service was excellent though. Wished for better food
Pretty good…. I actually don’t see why people are bashing this place. I’ve eaten here several times, with several people each time, and none of us have had problems with the food, or service.The burgers actually have more taste than any other local burger place in town. Fries have a nice seasoning to them, which I feel trumps most other local places.It does take a little while to get your food, but thats because the food is cooked to order, which ensure you get a fresh, juicy burger, and having been a short-order cook before I understand the time thing, and have no problems with it.To sum it up, if you don’t mind spending 7 or 8 dollars on a burger meal, then Brickhouse Burgers offers a good bang for your buck.
High Expectations Dashed!. I was really looking forward to eating here. I was so let down beyond words. Absolutely tastless! I hope the trash can enjoyed it
Not good enough yet. I was not impressed with this place. Terribly pricey for what it is, and for at best an average burger.
Not Bad…. A bit pricey, but some really great burgers here and some really inventive combinations. I’d go again, of course it has to be on pay day!
