Terrible service. Has always been a favorite of ours, but the service at this particular location is hit or miss at best. Usually MISS. It takes 45 minutes to get your food. The waiters disappear. Maybe theyll get your order right……
Disappointment. I have always loved BWW, and as a newcomer to Texarkana, was glad to see that there was one to visit. But was very disappointed. Our meal was cold, drinks horrible, and waitress hardly existant through the night. My friend took one sip of her drink and asked if she could exchange it for another due to the amount of sugar in it and that she would not be able to drink it at all, the waitress said no since she had already had it. Our wings came out cold, and asked if we could get new ones, she came back with microwaved wings (our cardboard holder was hot). The waitress never came back on her own, it was always us calling her to the table. She was sitting at a table with 3-males off and on. She came back and set our bills on the table without even asking if we would like anything else and left! When she came back to get our money, I point blankly told her that we had planned on getting dessert and another drink, but it was obvious we were supposed to leave since our bill was given to us without even being asked if we would like anything else. Needless to say, another trip will not be scheduled anytime soon.
Love It Awesome service. The environment is so care free and friendly… Our Waitress got there quickly and even had another one drop by time to time as well!!! We were there for a girls night only had a couple drinks but we LOVE HOPE in the Cocktail, bar area!!! She so totally rocks!!! Will be going there again that’s for sure!!
Great Wings!. They have the best wings that you can get in town! There drinks are great . Service is great if you get the right server.. (ASK FOR HECTOR) he is the best. I have had him everytime I went and he has made our nights great there. Will be back soon.
