This used to be a favorite date spot for me in my wife. Food was always good, service was always great and friendly, and the prices where good. In recent visits the service has gone down hill badly. Upon arriving last Thursday, it was 90 minutes between the time we sat down, and the time we got our entree. It took 35 minutes alone to get our drinks. I will rate again the next time we go.
One hour to get my food. My hustband and I traveled to Texarkana for business and we texted an order in at 3:38. The app. said 15 minutes. We waited 15 minutes, went in and the young man working told me they were still working on it. I waited about 10 minutes, then went back to our RV. My husband was on a business call and when he got off the phone he went in and they told him they were still working on our order. Well when he finally got his food, it had been one hour! He got the ribs and I got tacos. An hour wait for mediocre food!! And when we got our receipt they didn’t give us the copy with the survey code on it but that didn’t stop me, I still emailed a complaint about my cruddy service. And not even an apology!!!

They didn’t act like they wanted to be here anymore than I did. We walked out before even ordering food. I am a huge fan of Chili’s but this location should be demolished and something better like 7-eleven be put in its place. I’m heading to the nearest gas station for chips. That’ll do for now.
The Ckicken Tejas (Tay-haus) sandwich is the best sandwich you will ever have. Not on the menu but ask for it. It is all I have there.
