Best burger and fries in Texarkana. A little higher than other fast food but it is worth it.
Great food and service. The burgers and fries at Mooyah are of much higher quality than any other burger place in town. Fries are hand cut daily and fried in healthy peanut oil and not some trans fat product like most other places. You might pay a little bit more but worth every cent.
Two positive posts a day after mine was put up doesn’t look suspicious at all. Notice how there’s been no activity since? Nice try, owners!26 Jul, 2013Fresh bread…..heh. We visited one day to be told there would be a 30 minute wait for buns, so we came back another day. Guess what….they didn’t inform us the next time, but we still waited for 30 minutes. The place wasn’t even packed, we walked straight to the register. The child behind the register failed to credit me for my free burger coupon, and made it so frustrating reimbursing afterwards that I just told her to charge full price. Two burgers, one fry, and one soda totalled $25. The whole place is staffed with either children or immigrants…..so why do the owners think their burgers are worth the wait or cost? If your business advertises a perk of fresh bread(overrated) then you shouldn’t expect your customers to wait on idle workers who can’t bake bread fast enough. I can’t wait to see this crappy place close.
Me and my boyfriend went to Mooyah in Texarkana the other day and it was so good! I really enjoyed the eagerness of the employees to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. We were greeted at the door and helped with our tickets then at the register the workers were very happy to assist us in any more questions we had and making sure out burgers were just right. The entire staff seemed happy while working their jobs which created a pleasant environment for all dining. Then we got our food which was AMAZING! The fries and burgers were awesome especially with all if the different toppings you can get. Definitely the place to go when your craving a good burger!
My family and I finally were able to try the new Mooyah in Texarkana. We have waited because each time we tried to go it was so busy. After our visit we see what all the buzz was about. The hamburgers were out of this world good, fresh baked bread, but most importantly the customer service was so refreshing. You don’t often find a place with this many friendly workers. They had people come to the table and seemed to really take interest in our satisfaction. Keep up the great job we will be back!!
Stay away. Do not eat at Mooyah burgers in Texarkana, go any where else. The customer service is nonexistent. I do not know how the food is because after waiting for half an hour and having my order screwed up twice I got disgusted and left. Never got a refund because the staff lost my receipt. Ten dollars is also too high for a regular burger, fries and a soft drink. Complained at Mooyah’s website and got a call from one of the owners that afternoon. He was very confrontational and talked down to me like I was stupid. He grudgingly apologized for the poor service and told me I could get my money back if I came back to the store. Told him to keep it as it would cost me more in gas to drive back to town. In any case I will not set foot in the Texarkana Mooyah again.
