Awesome Pizza!. I’ve been eating here for years and I’ve even been to the location out near the Beltway (which has beer on tap, good call). Great pizza, the staff is cool and the owner Mani is a good guy. I’m glad he recovered from being shot when he was mugged. I love the fact that he has a large Albanian flag in this location. I good friend of mine is from Tirana. That aside, you cannot beat the awesome lunch deal, a huge slice of pie and a drink for a few dollars. Best deal around, seriously. I’ve been to Grimaldi’s which has some great brick fired pizza, but honestly this place has some amazing pizza. There is nowhere else around that comes close to it.
Great Thin Crust Pies. Excellent thin crust pizza. One of our top pizza picks in the area. We love the crust and the sauce they use. The only complaint that I have is that they use canned mushrooms, instead of fresh. A small item, but it really cheapen the taste and quality of their pizzas. Don’t let this stop anyone from trying one of their excellent pies.
Great Pizza, Bad Service. You really cannot argue with the quality of the pizza. It is excellent. We go there often after the kid’s soccer games. But the service is just bland. Definetely a pizzerria and not a restaurant. But for a community restaurant they should give better sevice, especially with other great Pizzerias in the are such as Russo’s NY Pizzeria and Crust. I hope there success is not going to their heads.
Never a disappointment. Great pizza! prices are kinda expensive but it’s worth it because this is a top notch pie. big new yorker style slices, good cheese, sauce, and fresh toppings. best pizza in the area for sure. only bad thing is it can be hard to find parking since theres a safeway driving school next to it so the kids parents usually hog up every spot in the very small parking lot.
Always Great!!. Never a problem with either deliver, to go, or dine in items. Great prices, great employees. If you like NY style pizza you won’t be disappointed.
Horrible July 10, 2011. The order was incorrect. Wrong pizza. The mushrooms were from a can and had pepper on them making them spicy.
