I have had some really great experiences at this location. The service was super great and I’m always engaged in conversation. Yes it does take a while to get the food but it’s not any longer than anywhere else. Actually I’m just glad they are cooking it, everyone else has hear lamps so… I’ll return to eat again,many times
We gave DQ another chance after a horrible experience. They fixed many of the problems. Service still slow but food is better………. Stick to the drive thru….
DQ sucks. The food stinks. The fries burn my throat and it takes an incredibly long time to bring the food. I will definitely not go back.
Bad Experience. Poor customer service, wrong order, cold food… I won’t be going back for a long time — if ever.
No more DQ. Dirty place, cold food, rude management. One employee in black was smoking outside and throw butts everywhere after.We do not want come back again.
The staff is incredibly rude. A girl even gave me my sundae with ice cream dripping all over the sides, spilled it into my car without an apology or even a napkin!
Been twice and the order was wrong and cold both times. Too bad because it’s the only one in The Woodlands.
