Complete rip off!!!. Do NOT order at cake from Frosted Bakery in Tomball on Main. Not only did they make my cake 5 days early but they didn’t even make it like a professional cake, it looks like a child decorated it! I paid for this cake in full when I ordered it and they refuse to give me a refund and the owner wouldn’t even talk to me and they called the police on me too. Let’s just say I did not take this ugly cake home! They were supposed to use fondant and it was suppose to also be doubled layered. I posted this picture for you to see what an ugly unprofessional cake this is!
Horrible Decorating Skills. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter this summer. When I walked in to pick it up and saw it on the counter I walked out. It was not decorated the way I asked for it to be. In fact, it looked like something a 5 year old could do! I was very glad that I hadn’t paid for it in advance, especially after reading the other reviews! I received several nasty phone calls from this business afterwards too because I didn’t pick up the cake. My gain, their loss!
DO NOT and I repeat, do not order a cake from this bakery. I ordered my daughters birthday cake three weeks in advance and paid for half of it up front, which was 70 dollars. The day before the party they informed me they had no cake order for me when I called to check on readiness of my order. So they have my money and my daughter has no cake. Thank goodness that Celebrations and sweet creations in magnolia stepped in at the last minute to create a cake for me! Save your time and money and order at a more reputable bakery. FROSTED IS A RIP OFF. Pretty sure I will never receive my refund for my non existing cake.

So disappointed and such an embarrassment at our sons wedding! Literally could not cut the top layer of cake because it was so dry it just crumbled. The traditional wedding cake flavor..almond i believe was also dry. So bad there was wedding cake left all over the tables… people didn’t even eat it and we didn’t even bother taking any home… straight in the trash after the reception. The groom’s cake was cute but it was supposed to be German chocolate… it had German chocolate frosting but the cake was just plain chocolate and not very good! I was somewhat hesitant about the decorating skills but my daughter in law choose a very simple wedding cake so I hoped it would be okay but it appeared very amateur. Trust the reviews and pick somewhere else!
SHUT IT DOWN!. The cake was included in our package but our experienced with Frosted in Tomball has been so horrible that we are actually paying another bakery to make our cake. The quality is very poor, the cupcakes are small, dry, and the flavors are gross! My fiance ordered the pink limonade and funfetti and the icing was so nasty that he didn’t even eat more than a few bites. The customer service here is HORRIBLE!! If you want to be treated like crap then this is your place!! Do you like being ignored? Then by all means go to Frosted in Tomball! If you enjoy eating dry cake and want your special event to be ruined by the poor quality cake from Frosted in Tomball then don’t walk, run to order your disgusting cake today!! Ella’s Garden should STRONGLY considering switching bakeries because this would be the ONLY con that they use Frosted in Tomball. BRIDES BE WARE! Tastings are only offered from 10am – 2pm Tuesdays through Fridays, because clearly Frosted in Tomball realizes that those are convenient hours for all of us stay at home brides. Give me a break! Most brides and grooms work regular jobs and can’t be taking the day off to drive out to Tomball to taste your nasty dry cakes.
Wonderful Bakery. E stopped into the newest Tomball hot spot and were pleasantly surprised to findout it was a ew bakery. They had a huge assortment of cupcakes and albums full of pictures. We came back and ordered a cake for our next big event, our daughters birthday. They were very thorough and took down the number of guests, the flavors and design we wanted. We gave them a copy of the invite as well. We were overjoyed wehn we picked the cake up. It exceeded our expectations to say the least. it was amazing, it fit everything we wanted. Everyone was amazed and even more amazed when they taste it and it was as good to eat as it was to look at. We are hooked! We gladly welcome you to Tomball! Thanks for making our event such a sucess
