  This place SUCKS!!!!! They seriously need to be closed down. Not only are there cupcakes horrible, they lack some serious customer service skills. I do believe the only reason they’ve lasted this long here is due to the face that there are no other cupcake shops in the area 🙁

  Delicious cookies and cupcakes!!. Cookies are so cute and delicious. Recently had a mint cupcake that tasted just like an Andies mint. Soooo good! Love this place!!!

  RUINED part of my wedding. My name is Ashley and I got married at ella’s garden on Friday, Oct 31st. Let me tell you, I am NOT happy with Frosted. The cake i ordered was to have fondent pumpkins all over it. When I looked at my cake, NO PUMPKINS. This was extremely important for me to have. The cake i received is not what I ordered. I asked my coordinator what had happened. She said she was told by the bakery I was supposed to drop off pumpkins at the bakery and never did? Are you kidding me? I am not responsible for making the fondent pumpkins, YOU are. I don’t know if frosted suffers from an internal lack of communication but this needs to be made right with a refund. The pumpkin spice was completely dried out and did not taste good like it did at the tasting. The top of the cake was too soft to support the cake topper (which I brought in and was assured it would work PERFECTLY) so the topper fell off and ruined the top of the cake as soon as it was put on. What a disaster! I need a response from the owner ASAP. My job is marketing for small businesses and I am very glad I do not have to represent any companies who fail to do something so simple as to get the design of the cake right.
