When Tad’s 1st opened I was like many here in Tomball and excited we have a Cajun cuisine here! But after over a year ago, seems like reading the reviews, it hasn’t changed. When I ordered a margarita you would think a $10 drink would have alcohol, which it did not. I paid for a $10 slushy. Not satisfied with the price you pay for the food and the small portions, as well or having kids run the restaurant. In my opinion, if you want quality with quantity, do not come and think you will expect a great experience.
I’m a resident of Tomball, Texas and was very excited when I heard Tads was moving into town. At first, the attention on quality and service was first and foremost. In the past year, seems the place is run by a bunch of teenagers who are more interest in playing than providing customer service. The insides are not being kept clean and the staff are aways fussing with one another in front of the customers. Call in orders are never right and quality of food has gone downhill. I’ve overlooked these problems for some time now but today will be my last trip in after incorrect orders and no apologizes. I’m a firm believe to be successful in life no matter what you do, be proud of what you do and take pride in your product. Obviously none here anymore!!!!!!

Very Disappointed with This Place Poor Service. Chicken sausage gumbo with very little chicken Crawfish bland and tasteless
Gray steaks!?!?. Ordered the ribeye medium rare and it was gray inside, which can only mean OLD meat! Service was awful. Room full of teenagers with absolutely no experience in food service. They were more interested in talking and laughing with the men in the bar than waiting on my table. Waitress didn’t return to the table until I got up to leave and she hadn’t left the check. WON’T BE BACK.
