Great moist brisket and burnt ends! Turkey very tasty and moist and the pulled pork was very good. Try the carrot souffl! Theres a line so go early before they run out of your favorites, but it moves quickly and is worth the wait especially if you are a hungry carnivore.

#47 stop in our Texas Monthly 50 Bbq Challenge. They were sold out of neatly everything when we arrived. They started selling chocolates and expanded into BBQ and Jerky. There is great public parking across the street and they have a large outside area if you choose to eat outside rather than using their pretty extensive indoor seating. We got their Chicken Tinga Tortilla Soup, Carrot Souffle, aLavender Truffle, and fresh squeezed Lemonade. Also got a bag of jerky (containing no preservatives) for later. The Chicken Tinga Tortilla Soup was the best thing we ordered. It was a bit spicy which fit well with the offering. The tortilla strips were a bit coarse and thick but not quite Fritos. They gave a great mouth-feel. The chicken was plentiful. Really an excellent soup. The Carrot Souffle was facinating to look at. Very pretty with its brown and orange colors. It tasted great as well. Bet you won’t find this one at Taco Bell! The Lavendar Truffle was of Dark Chocolate and infused with Lavender flowers. They also have fresh squeezed Lemonade. Nice and refreshing.

Outstanding! Just as good as the hype and maybe even better. The meats were all very good but do not care much for the sides. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We love the environment. We will definitely be back. While this place is certainly on par with Corkscrew, I think we like this eatery better.

Fantastic Texas BBQ and impeccably executed side dishes in Old Town Tomball. Not to mention bean-to-bar handcrafted chocolates! On the BBQ side, you can’t go wrong with any of their meats: brisket, burnt ends, big beef plate ribs, pork spareribs, smoked pork belly, turkey, or pulled pork. Their homemade pinto beans, cornbread pudding, and carrot souffle are all delicious sides. Their signature sandwiches are not to be missed: The Brisket & Blues features sliced (or chopped) brisket, blue cheese, red onion, and sliced grape tomatoes, and the Bird & Bacon sandwich inclues smoked turkey, bacon, fresh avocado slices, topped with a fried egg.
