This place has really good food.But unfortunately their staff needs improvement on customer service.their inattentive and unorganized and rude.If placing a large order make sure you double check your order on your ticket. Great place to eat for a single order.
Nothing special, but not bad either!. I went here today after a poor experience at another restaurant in the area that had been my first choice to eat at, and it was an alright alternative. I got the chili cheese burger with fritos and some fries, and it was a pretty good meal.The place could use a little extra cleaning, though, the drink station was pretty neglected looking and there were napkins and other trash under some of the tables. When I came in they weren’t very busy and a lot of the staff was standing around talking, seems like they could use times like that to get things a little cleaner. It wasn’t so bad that I won’t come in again, though.
This place has the best burgers I’ve had in Austin. They run a lil more than other burger places but it’s worth the extra couple bucks. You can substitute turkey for regular burger and it tastes amazing! Courteous staff and they sell beer
Amazing fries followed by an amazing burger!! Burger was steaming hot fresh off the grill and fries had the perfect crunch! Perfect!
Food was OK, but this place needs a real cleaning. The restrooms and dining area was filthy. They need to quit using high school kids to run the business.
I love this place. I work at a burger Resturant and I think these are high quality. Everyone has been complaining about the service. Well yeah it’s not full service but what do you expect? If you need something, get off your rear and get it, your mother taught you better than that. Second, if you’re going to complain that the bun is greasy and toasted then you have no business eating at this place. People, hello! You’re eating a burger. It’s going to be giant and it’s going to be greasy, it’s a darn burger. I would like to compliment whoever started this burger place on great choice of buns because I love the buns, toasted and greasy just as they come. The only complaint I do have is that the last few times I’ve gone I have gotten a drink and all of the sodas are flat. Change your CO2 tank Moonies because my burger doesn’t wash down well with a glass of water. But thank you for the very excellent burgers 🙂
Burger was great. Bun was slightly sweet, which added to tasty ness. DO NOT order salad, which was nasty with great salad dressing and frozen lettuce with tomatoes from tastelessville. Stick with great burgers.
