There are barbecue legends in the Tyler area, but for us Bodacious is the gold standard. We favor their brisket, always moist and tender, always lean, and always perfectly flavored. Never had better ANYwhere, period. Smoked turkey is mouthwatering, too. But their sauce is the key, for us the perfect balance of sweet and spiciness. Our friends and family like it so much that we deliver it to them in half-gallons, as far as Houston. I like Stanley’s, but Bodacious is number one.
