First and last experience.. it suckity sucked sucked… wait staff didn’t acknowledge us after seating us.. we waited 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order, but no one offered to help us..
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!. This is the first time i have ever left a restaurant pissed off! Everyone read these reviews and take them as fact. The service here is beyond horrendous. We were seated, given our drinks and then our waitress disappeared. We had to flag down the manager and ask where she was. Finally a different server came and took our order. Our appetizers came out WITH our entrees and we asked for them not to be. Once the food made it out, the server disappeared again! We finally got our ticket after having to flag them down again. As she brought the ticket she brought new drinks We were seated next to some kiddie vending machines and a group of teeny bopper waitresses were gathered around it pumping quarters into the machine that was making a ton of noise and squeaking and dinging because i guess while at work they needed a bunch of stickers! Practically everyone in this restaurant was just standing around doing nothing. Oh and dont bother telling them what condiments you want on your burger. They will just give you packets of mayo and mustard. We also only received 1 set of silverware. The absolute worst restaurant Tyler has to offer right now. I would go to a place that gave me the runs before i go back to this place. DONT GO HERE!
Won’t be back. Tried it more than once – unfortunately. Thought the first bad experience might just be from being new. One time they were actually out of chicken. Service was poor (mixed with a little attitude) both times. Will not go back to this location. Ever.
The wings taste like they have been under a mcdonalds fry warmer for a few hours and I get better service at a buffet this place is trash
Great place to watch the game with pals.. This is a great place to have some munchies, drink and watch the game with pals. They have a free poker game you can play and compete with players nation wide.
Love/Hate, Indeed. BWW has the best wing sauces around, bar none, which makes it really sad that this branch falls short on so many other levels. The atmosphere is poorly lit, the music is frequently too loud and too crap, the food doesn’t get out in a timely manner most nights, and staff is only marginally helpful at best. Seriously, the staff is awful. Unprofessionally dressed, not knowledgeable about the menu, drinks take a long time to get to you, etc. It’s clear that the management just doesn’t care.I’ve not had any of these problems in Tyler, Dallas or anywhere else, so it’s just this one location.
A love-hate relationship. B-dubs is the best place in town to watch the game, hands down. Which kind of sucks, because the food isn’t very good. The fries are probably the best thing they serve, because the wings and burgers are only good some of the time. It’s usually really cold in the restaurant too. Combine both of those negatives with the ridiculously uncomfortable bar stools and I’m usually happy to leave when the game’s over. It’s a good thing they have a good beer selection and plenty of TVs. Otherwise I’d probably drive all the way to that sports bar downtown that doesn’t serve food.
