PISS POOR service from the manager on duty. smh. If you’re not mature enough to handle a customer complaint, you don’t deserve a position of power.it’s a shame because the food is delicious.
Used to be. Casa Ole used to be very good. My son and I would go there (Temple, Texas) just for the chips and salsa, and they never hesitated to give you all you wanted. We always ordered the Taco salad. It was always fresh and very good. The salsa was the best, not watered down, lots of hot, and not sweet. When we moved to Tyler in 2001, we went to the one on Troup highway, the salsa had changed, had a sweet taste and very tomatoy tasting. But the worst experience we had was at the one on Broadway, we ordered two entrees and my wife’s was burnt on the ends, mine was so-so, we talked to the manager (do not remember his name) and appeared to be unconcerned. Said the burnt ends were the way they come out. I even e-mailed corp. office and no concern and no response. Have since located a small Mexican resturant called Martinez TortileriaYTaqueria at 903 East Erwin, very good homemade mexican food. Not greasy, and real Mexican food. Taco’s are great and different.
One of my top 2. Im a college student & i love this place, its cheap & very good, both of their salsas are delicious, there are fast and friendly. i go there about once a week.
Worst Mexican food ever!! The so called salsa tasted liked tomatoes right out if a can. No flavor. The queso was $4.30 and was the same size as the salsa cups. Very small. My kids love Mexican food but refused to eat. They said the only good thing was the sorbert. The booths were so uncomfortable. Will never ever eat here again. Absolutely disgusting!!!
Green Sauce. Good Tex-Mex food at reasonable prices. The best part of your meal, in my opinion, is the green sauce you get with the chips and salsa. The food is well seasoned and tasty.
