Worst experience ever. Not only once but everytime I visit this location. Awful service and the food looked as if it had been sitting around for awhile. Not only a bad experience dining in also in to go. Such a disappointment
Food’s good, service not so great. I love the food at Chili’s. I haven’t gotten anything I don’t like. However, the service isn’t that great. The last time I went, the server was at the table when I sat down, didn’t ask what I want to drink, disappeared for 10 min, then came back and asked me for my drink order. And it took about 20 min to get the drink. I don’t think margaritas are that complicated. Also took her 10 minutes to ask my friend if she wanted a refill on her beer after she had drank it all. Really? That’s crappy.
Staff makes it.. Yep, it’s just another Chili’s, but this one is fun. Great food and great people working make for a great unwind after work. Reminds me of Cheers…
I gave Chili’s in Tyler another shot because the food is usually good. The service was even worse this time. They were not busy, yet the food arrived cold, the waiter made us wait for everything while he seemed to stand around near the kitchen. Had to get another waiter to bring the check.19 Aug, 2010The food is pretty good, but the service is bad.
Problems with bad service
3 Forks down. Have been waiting to write this review to give the staff at chillis a chance to redeem themselves but alas they did nothing of the sorts. 0 for 10 on service and the food was only acceptable. Chillis as a whole is not this bad but the tyler location is awful
