NASTY!!!!. The server was really nice, but only came to our table twice in the hour we were there. The games did take up some time so the wait didn’t feel that long. However, the food was horrible. I got the pork fajitas which were cold. The cheese was hard. The guacamole was turning black. The sour cream had water around it and to top it off, the tortillas were cold. I should have taken pictures!! After doing these reviews, I really regret not taking pictures!
Disappointed. We ate at chilis tonight. A group of 6. The restaurant was filthy. The floor was covered in food from the table before us. The girl that cleaned the table swept the food on the floor. After walking through the food she handed us the menus. They were disgusting. The pages in mine were stuck together. Another had crusty something on it. So gross! The waitress was really sweet and attentive. The food wasn’t hot enough and it was ok but not great. They have these machines that let you check out at your table which seemed pretty cool at first. The kids played a few games on them. The machines had every greasy fingerprint from everyone that had ever touched them, and they charge you for the games. Who knew??? Our ticket was over 100.00. The experience… Just not good. Will probably not go back. The competition is too great. Chilis needs to step up.
