Terrible!!. This was the worst corner bakery I’ve been to. Instead of a panini I was given two buttered down pieces of bread that laid on the flattop for probably two seconds. Aside from that the macorroni had no cheese, but water all over noodles. Terrible food I’ll never go back.
I enjoy corner bakery! It has a great atmosphere and service. The food can SOMETIMES be hit or miss, but the paninis are always awesome! And so are the cream cheese brownies! I love going there for lunch.
ToGo lunch. I’m growing addicted to their panini’s, everyone I’ve tried has been buttery goodness with fresh ingredients on the inside. I was happy to see that the to go plates were just as tasty as dining in. I have to say, I haven’t tried any of their other sandwiches or bakery items, but I’ll continue to return based on their panini’s! Also I had my to go order within 8 mins after placing it!02 Apr, 2013Lunch Dine in. The perfect setting to relax & enjoy your lunch with covered outdoor sitting. All their food is always fresh & taste fantastic! Dine in during noon lunch rush has never taken more than 15 mins. Wait staff are always very helpful & nice.
Disappointment. My wife and I went with high expectations but that got blown away with no service at All. I know this place is counter service but after you get your food which was not that great either we were totally ignored. My soup was Luke warm and I went up to ask for it to be reheated, you would have thought I asked for their first born. So disappointed. My Ruben was dry and bread was hard. Doubt we will be back
What?. I’m not sure why the reviews for this restaurant are so abysmal! I love the food and the atmosphere at the Corner Bakery. I’ve been multiple times, and the food and service is always great. And always SO clean! They have a wide variety on their menu but not so much it’s overwhelming, and the baked deserts are great. I highly recommend the ceasar salad and their tomato basil soup.Yes, it’s another soup/salad/sandwich place in Tyler. And, yes, we have a few of those around. Have you counted the Mexican food restaurants in town? On this side of town, that is the only place to get a moderately sized, healthy lunch for a reasonable price. Everyone I have talked to in person about this restaurant has LOVED it. To everyone (especially the people giving this restaurant poor reviews), I would say that, if you’re not into soups, sandwiches, salads, pasta, and fresh baked breads and deserts, then I would definitely go somewhere else. But if that’s you’re thing, this place is AWESOME!
