Used to be good, now? Not so much.. The jalapeno tree in carthage TX used to be good, but something changed some years back and now their food is terrible. and its overpriced. $8 for one taco?! no thank you, i’ll just make my own food at home…. it will taste better anyway. i used to love jalapeno tree… now they suck.

Don’t think they are gluten free, because they’re not. The manager let me know very rudely there was nothing I could eat except MAYBE rice and beans. So we left and went to on the border and they were great!!!!!!
WORST EVER. The waitress took forever to refill our drinks we only were given one basket of chips and when i ordered something she wrote something COMPLETELY different and i asked for sauce on the side and they put it on it and then when they brought my husbands shrimp meal a piece fell off and they crumbled it up in a recipe and tried to not tell us till i mentioned it.. completely the worse ever and ill never never go back. the waitress didnt do anything to make it better that she brought me the wrong meal. then when i called to get corporates number i was put on hold twice and then they gave me a 7 digit number and said they didnt know the area code seriously!!! i will never refer this place ever!!!!
