I’ll say this, when if ever they get your food actually correct it is very good. The problem is that I have been going there for years and within the last year my orders ALWAYS come out wrong and when I confront them about it I’m the one that is wrong when I have recipe in my hand proving they messed up. The last time in the pouring rain I had to get out of my brand new car 2 times due to mistakes (I had to pay $50 to get the car cleaned later to get the water out!), I finally gave up, called them, talked with manager and he would not correct the problem. I will never be back to this place ever again!!! Beware of the inconsiderate service persons!
The burgers remind me of a an old-fashioned burger joint; however, the have a modern twist by allowing you to choose wheat buns and various add-ons. The onion rings are a bit greasy, but still the best I’ve ever had.
Fabulous hamburgers! But we need a Jucy’s Taco in Tyler. Longview is a ways to drive just for tacos, but I do it a couple times a month. I would go @ least once a week if we had one in Tyler. Please open one here. Thanks.

Worth driving a bit off the route. Huge burgers, black and blu so good, couldn’t finish it. Frys homemade type, so good, Good thing they he thought I only said one order. Beans why you wait was different and great appetizer! Come here if you only want one meal for the day.
Just ok….. Long wait, a little pricey for a burger and fries, and greasy. As far as taste it’s just ok, not awful.
Worst!!! Drive thru service in line over 30 mins for a burger and fries!!!Unbelievable, No apology or even an acknowledgement of the poor service.
